Hi there!

I’m Nolan, the founder of Wabyno. My fascination with watches began in high school, when my brother gifted me a Swatch Sistem51 Irony and I first discovered how special and exciting mechanical watches could be.

During classes, I would spend hours diving into the world of watches on our school-issued laptops (instead of taking notes, of course). While reading Hodinkee articles, browsing forum pages, and scrolling online listings nearly every day, I gradually taught myself how to identify, evaluate, and authenticate luxury watches.

That knowledge proved invaluable years later when I visited Sapporo, Japan and found the very first watch that launched my selling journey, sitting in a small shop’s glass case at an unbelievable price.

In May 2024, I sold my first watch on eBay — and just six months after that, I committed to turning this passion of mine into a full-time career by helping others find their perfect timepiece, whether it’s their first watch or a meaningful addition to a growing collection.
