Selling & trading process

Step 1: Initial quote

We will provide an initial quote for the expected cash payout or trade-in value of your watch.

This quote takes into account the expected fair value (EFV) of your watch, which is the amount your watch would likely sell for on an online platform such as eBay or Chrono24. We then account for platform fees, shipping costs, taxes, as well as key considerations such as market risk, liquidity, and estimated turnover.

Our goal is to provide the most competitive quotes in the pre-owned watch market. In general, we offer 50-80% of EFV for direct sales and 60-90% of EFV for trade-ins, depending on the specific watch and our current inventory capacity. At this time, we are currently only purchasing and trading within the United States.

Step 2: Shipping to us

We will send you a prepaid, insured USPS shipping label for you to send your watch to us.

Please take care to pack the watch securely, using protective materials like bubble wrap or packing peanuts, to prevent any potential damage during transit. Shipping time to our facility usually takes no more than three business days.

Step 3: Evaluation and final quote

Upon receiving your watch, we conduct a comprehensive inspection to assess its authenticity, condition, functionality, and included accessories.

If we identify discrepancies or factors affecting the payout value, we may adjust the initial quote. Should this occur, you will have the option to accept the revised offer or have your watch returned to you free of charge. We reserve the right to cancel any sales and/or trade-ins at any point during this process.

Step 4: Payout

If selling: Once the watch has been processed and all relevant information confirmed, we will transfer the agreed-upon amount to your bank account via wire, Zelle, or PayPal. Additional payment methods are available upon request.

If trading: At this stage, we will either request payment for any remaining balance of the trade-in or issue the appropriate payout to you. Once finalized, we will promptly ship the watch you are receiving in the trade to the address you specify.
