The Tudor Prince Date “Tiger” ref. 79263P represents a pivotal moment in the brand’s evolution, standing among the last of its vintage-style chronographs before Tudor shifted into its modern identity. Its 40mm case, softened from the earlier “Big Block” design, pays tribute to Tudor’s chronograph heritage while echoing the proportions of the Rolex Daytona. Within the 79200 series, the ref. 79263 distinguishes itself with 18k yellow gold accents and its attractive integration of strap and bicolored endlinks. Embodying both a branded partnership with golf legend Tiger Woods and the transitional spirit of the 1990s, this series of chronographs captures a unique and collectible chapter in Tudor’s history.

This watch is in good pre-owned condition, with expected signs of regular wear including scratches, scuffs, and some denting. Notably, there are scuffs on the 9 o’clock side of the case and on the lugs, as visible in the photos. There is also denting on the bezel, particularly around the 9 o’clock position. The leather strap shows clear signs of use but remains in excellent functional condition, with no major tears or damage and plenty of life left before replacement is needed. The watch runs smoothly and all functions operate correctly, though the date advances approximately three hours early. Additional photos are available on request.
