The BR-05 Skeleton Gold's honey-toned transparent dial reveals the openworked movement beating at the heart of this architectural sports watch.
The Bell & Ross BR-05 Skeleton Golden is a limited edition of 500 pieces released in 2023, building on the original BR-05 collection that debuted in 2019 as a standout entry in the increasingly crowded integrated bracelet sports watch category.
Housed in a 40mm stainless steel case, the reference BR05A-CH-SKST/SST retains the model’s signature rounded-square silhouette, complete with a raised bezel, compact angular lugs, and four precisely aligned bezel screws. The case finishing is defined by crisp vertical brushing across flat surfaces and wide polished chamfers along the bezel and case edges.
What distinguishes the BR-05 Skeleton Golden is its striking gold-tinted transparent dial plate, which shifts hue across deep bronze, warm amber, and light honey gold tones depending on the light. Gold-colored applied indices line the dial, linked to a matching gold chapter ring, with a floating Bell & Ross logo positioned above the hands.
Beneath the golden dial sits the rhodium-plated BR-CAL.322 movement, an extensively modified Sellita SW300-1 base reimagined as a skeletonized caliber. The dial-side view showcases angular, vertically brushed skeleton bridges whose squared contours mirror the case's geometric shape. Flipping the watch over reveals an elaborate, lattice-patterned 360° skeletonized rotor visible through the sapphire exhibition caseback.
This watch is completed by the collection's integrated H-link bracelet, tapering sharply from case to clasp and pairing satin and polished finishes for a cohesive, sporty look.

This watch is in good condition, showing moderate wear from regular use, including scratches, scuffs, nicks, and dents. The crystal has surface marks around the “Ross” text and a flea bite along the edge between the 12 and 1 o'clock positions. The movement is running properly with all functions operating as intended. The watch comes with its original warranty card, purchase receipt, and presentation box. Per the Bell & Ross website, the warranty for this watch expired in January 2026. The receipt's text is faint and hard to read, and the box shows minor material deterioration. No additional links are included.
