The IWC Pilot’s Watch ref. IW374101 is a compact flieger chronograph with vintage charm, housed in a slim 36 mm × 10.2 mm case. Inside ticks the Jaeger-LeCoultre–based calibre 631 meca-quartz movement, combining quartz accuracy with the tactile feel of mechanical chronograph actuation. Its clean, monochrome dial displays twin registers at 3 and 9 o’clock, running seconds at 6, and a discreet date at 4:30, achieving a balanced symmetry that appeals to purists. Produced from the early 1990s through the early 2000s, this under-the-radar pilot’s chronograph remains a rare value proposition — an accessible IWC tool watch that resists the oversized trend of the brand’s modern offerings.

This watch is in great overall condition, showing normal signs of wear from use. The case exhibits surface scratches and small nicks, with one more noticeable scuff on the 9 o’clock side. There is also a small scratch on the crystal, as shown in the photo. The dial and hands are in pristine shape. Note that the right subdial hand sits slightly off center, which can be easily corrected at its next service or by a watchmaker. The leather strap remains in good shape, though with clear wear and an extra hole added near the top. The movement runs smoothly and all functions operate as intended. Additional photos are available on request.
