The IWC Pilot’s Watch Mark XV “Battle of Britain” ref. IW325305 is a 38mm limited edition pilot’s watch released in 2000 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the historic air campaign. Produced in only 1,000 numbered pieces for the UK market, it pays homage to IWC’s 1936 pilot’s watch and the legendary Spitfire fighter plane. Its matte black dial features bold Arabic numerals, a railway minute track, and luminous cathedral hands that evoke the instrument style of early aviator watches. Powered by the automatic IWC calibre 37524, based on the ETA 2892-A2, it combines vintage charm with durable construction and a commemorative engraved caseback depicting the Spitfire.
