The Montblanc 1858 Geosphere reference 125567 is dedicated to the Seven Summits mountaineering challenge, the holy grail of climbing adventures. Its 42mm grade 5 titanium case, water-resistant to 100 meters, pairs chilling blue with contrasting icy white details, drawing on the colors of glaciers. A stainless steel bezel with a blue ceramic insert frames the dial, its engraved cardinal points doubling as a bidirectional compass to gauge true north.
Underneath the engraved caseback is the automatic caliber MB 29.25, a Sellita SW300 fitted with an in-house worldtime module developed by Montblanc's watchmakers in Villeret: two domed globes that rotate in opposite directions, each completing a full turn every 24 hours. Both are encircled by a scale marking the 24 time zones, with a day-and-night indication in contrasting colors, aided by SuperLumiNova® applied to the continents for enhanced visibility at night. The sub-dial at 9 o'clock, set by a recessed pusher in one-hour jumps, tracks a second time zone at a glance.
The watch is finished with a vintage-style bi-material technical bracelet of matte, satin-finished titanium and polished stainless steel.

The previous owner described this watch as “brand-new and never worn,” noting that the protective plastic stickers were removed only to take photos. As such, this watch is in near-mint condition, showing only a few light surface marks from handling or storage. The bezel lume shows some minor aging or patina, most noticeably on the W, which has yellowed more than the rest. A tiny cosmetic blemish (either dust or an imperfection in the crystal) is visible near the W, with a small white particle sitting just beside it. This watch was claimed to be an employee purchase, and accordingly comes with the original shipping box used to send the watch to the boutique, along with an unsigned warranty card, a tool for pressing the case pusher, and a sales tag.
