At first glance, the NOMOS Tangente 2date reference 135 captures everything that has made the Tangente an icon, from its straight, thin case and angled lugs to its thread hands and distinctive serif numerals. A second look reveals the watch’s defining feature: a unique dual-date complication, where two red date indications bring a refined splash of color to the white silver-plated dial. Measuring 37.5mm in diameter, this Tangente employs the brand’s patented ring date mechanism, which encircles the dial to display the full month, complemented by a large date aperture at 6 o’clock for clear indication of the current day. The two displays are perfectly coordinated, advancing together at midnight or when operated via the quickset function. Visible through the sapphire caseback, the in-house manual-winding caliber DUW 4601 is beautifully decorated, showcasing the NOMOS swing system with its distinctive blue balance spring, a Glashütte three-quarter plate, fine sunbeam ribbing, and an elegantly skeletonized balance cock.

This watch is in very excellent condition with only light signs of careful wear. One lug shows a faint surface abrasion along its side that is only detectable under close inspection in specific lighting conditions. The movement is running properly with all functions operating as intended. Additional photos are available on request.

This watch comes as a complete set with its original box, microfiber cleaning cloth, and warranty card dated to 2025 from the Italian authorized dealer Ibis Gioielli 1979. This watch is covered under NOMOS’ factory warranty until 2027.
