The Omega Constellation Globemaster reference 130.33.39.21.02.001 is the modern descendant of Omega’s flagship Constellation line of the 1950s and ’60s, created to honor the brand’s long pursuit of chronometric excellence. Revived in 2015, the “Globemaster” name draws directly from Omega history, dating back to 1953 when Omega adopted it for the U.S. market in place of “Constellation” due to trademark restrictions.
This contemporary iteration channels vintage signatures — from the iconic pie-pan dial of the 1950s to the fluted bezel of the 1960s — within a 39mm stainless steel case featuring an opaline silver dial, a scratch-resistant tungsten bezel, and a blackened Constellation star. Adorning the exhibition caseback is the Constellation’s legendary Geneva Observatory medallion, with eight stars paying tribute to Omega’s world records and chronometric victories from the golden age of observatory trials.
Most importantly, the debut of Omega’s caliber 8900 at Baselworld 2015 made the Globemaster the world’s first wristwatch to earn Master Chronometer certification from the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS). This movement unites the historic accuracy of the Constellation with modern innovations including the brand’s signature Co-Axial escapement, resistance to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss, and an independently adjustable hour hand for effortless travel.

This watch comes as a complete set with its original boxes, operating instructions booklet, pictograms card, Master Chronometer card, and international warranty card dated to August 2023.
