The Omega De Ville Prestige chronograph ref. 4540.31 combines vintage-inspired design with one of the most legendary manual-wind chronograph movements ever made — the Calibre 861, best known as a Moonwatch movement. Housed in a refined 36mm stainless steel case with a stepped polished bezel and 30 meters of water resistance, it balances everyday practicality with understated elegance. The bracelet (1509/836) can be regarded as a modern evolution of the vintage “beads of rice” design, offering exceptional comfort and seamless integration with the case. Durable, easily serviceable, and with a historically significant movement, the 4540.31 stands out as one of the best-value Omega chronographs on the secondary market today.

This watch is in excellent condition, with only minor signs of normal wear such as surface scratches on the case and bracelet. There is a small dent on the bezel between the 6 and 7 o’clock indices. It will comfortably fit a 7.5” wrist. The movement is running smoothly, with all functions operating as intended. Additional photos are available on request.
